About us
Three decades of foam, made under one roof
Fancy Foam Pvt Ltd has manufactured flexible polyurethane foam in Ahmedabad for more than 30 years. We supply furniture makers, upholsterers, acoustic contractors, packaging firms and other manufacturers who need foam that performs the same way, batch after batch.
Every stage of production happens in our own facility. We inspect raw materials on arrival, pour and cure our own blocks, cut them to size, and test samples from each batch in our lab before anything is packed. Because we control the process from raw material to dispatched carton, we stand behind every block we ship.
Our range covers PU, HR, flame-retardant, acoustic and ESD packaging foam, supplied as blocks, sheets, inserts and custom-cut pieces. Flexible and HR grades are tested to ASTM D3574, and our TDCP-based flame-retardant foam is tested to UL 94. Test reports are shared with serious buyers before the first order.

UL 94
Our TDCP flame-retardant PU foam is UL 94 certified for flammability. It is the grade we recommend for public seating, schools, play zones and contract furniture.
ASTM D3574
Our flexible PU and HR foams are tested to ASTM D3574, the standard method for flexible cellular materials. Properties we check include:

Production process
Eight stages, each with a check
Every batch is traceable from raw chemicals to the dispatched carton. This is how a block of Fancy Foam is made.
Raw material inspection
Polyols, isocyanates and additives are checked against supplier certificates on arrival.
